Tiffany Williams currently serves as the Co-interim President and CEO and Chief Programs Officer at Martha’s Table where she leads the organization’s strategic place-based approach to ensure that members of the community have the educational, economic, and health resources needed to stay and thrive. Martha’s Table is a 40-year-old non-profit supporting strong children, strong families, and strong communities through high-quality education, food access, and education and community support. She formerly served as the Director of Education Programs at Martha’s Table where she transformed the education program from a daycare model to an evidence-based early education model that ensures children have the literacy and social-emotional skills needed for academic success.

Tiffany has a unique ability to analyze areas of strength and weakness in organizations and design strategies to promote new and innovative opportunities for organizational growth. She has extensive leadership and management experience coupled with specialized knowledge and expertise in the use of Organizational Development (OD) theory and application in program operation to: develop and manage people; execute program design, evaluation, and expansion; support strategic planning and implementation; and enhance leadership competencies in program administration. She is also an executive, leadership, and life coach. Tiffany holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in Organizational Development. She has been married to Michael for more than 25 years and is the proud mother of two adult sons, Michael and Devin.
